Finding balance between work and life is essential to your mental health. With only 24 hours in a day, too many of us find ourselves stressed and anxious trying to find time to do the things we want to do outside of work. Finding this balance will help find you time to work on the skills you need to excel in your workplace.

In this Workshop, Denis Dochioiu will help you achieve a stress management toolkit designed to improve your productivity and enjoy life at its fullest.

As human beings, we use our conscious mind only 5% of the times, and we are dominated by our subconscious tendencies (95 %): programs, patterns and habits.

By the age of 35 we become a set of memorised behaviours, emotional reactions, beliefs, perceptions and attitudes that run like automatic subconscious programs. Every time we are not present, we run these automatic programs and we react based on them.
