Nook Projects SRL is aware of the importance of your personal data, and therefore it is committed to protect the privacy and security thereof. This is why, it is of great importance for us to provide to you, in an integrated and practical format, information concerning processing of your personal data in your position of target persons (users of www.signaturefitroom.com website, clients, prospective clients, consumers, prospective consumers) under this policy on personal data processing, applicable for the purposes set forth below.

This Policy is applicable to all devices used to access the www.signaturefitroom.com website, whether smartphone, tablet, etc. In case you do not agree with the terms and conditions related to the use thereof (as shown in this document from a personal data protection view, but also in other documents – Cookies use policy, Privacy policy – with a view to confidential information, copyrights, etc.), please do not access the www.signaturefitroom.com website.

As per provisions in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), Nook Projects SRL manages, in safe conditions and only for clearly specified purposes, the personal data that you provide to us when accessing our website and when purchasing the services of Nook Projects SRL.

When checking that you agree with the Cookies use policy, with the Privacy policy and with the Personal data protection policy or, as the case may be, by continuing the use of our website and services after reading this Policy, you clearly and expressly declare that you accept processing of your personal data by Nook Projects SRL.

Purposes of collection and processing of your personal data 

Nook Projects SRL collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

1. Administration, improvement and provision of services provided by the www.signaturefitroom.com website;
2. Commercial activities for sale of services, including execution, administration and development of service sales on  www.signaturefitroom.com website, client account management, market research / surveys, statistics;
3. Advertising and marketing, promotional activities for the services of Nook Projects SRL, transmission of newsletters;
4. Post-sales activities, including customer support services, information of users / clients on evaluation of services offered (including evaluation of services on the www.signaturefitroom.com website), improvement of service quality through activities developed within the company.
5. For evidencing and registration of aforementioned activities.

Categories of personal data processed 

For the aforementioned purposes, we process the following categories of personal data:

1. For administration, improvement and delivery of services provided by the www.signaturefitroom.com website – surname, name, phone number, e-mail address,  company / job, technical data on user’s device – location, IP address, type of hardware equipment, data on hour range, and also the date when the www.signaturefitroom.com website was accessed, other information resulting from application of Cookies-type applications;

1. For commercial activities for sale of services, including execution, administration and development of service sales on the www.signaturefitroom.com website, client account management, market research/surveys, statistics: – surname, name, phone number, e-mail address, mail address, as the case may be.
2. For advertising and marketing, promotional activities for the services of Nook Projects SRL, transmission of newsletters, – surname and name, phone number, e-mail, company / job.
3. For communication / feedback activities, including customer support services, information of users / clients on evaluation of services offered by Nook Projects SRL, improvement of quality of services delivered:– surname, name, phone number, e-mail, company / job, other data resulting from evaluation of products by clients – in addition, Nook Projects SRL processes data related to: personal number, series and number of ID document, only for the cases when prize contests are held.
4. For evidencing and registration of aforementioned activities: storage of personal data set forth in purposes described above in order to maintain records related to activities performed, for protection of rights in court and exercise of other rights based on legal and contractual provisions, execution of possible registration requirements, as per legal dispositions.
   Personal data subject to special protection status like the personal number, series and number of ID document, shall be collected and processed in restrictive conditions and only in compliance with legal dispositions to provide compliance with data protection rules applicable thereto. Provision of personal data is required to allow Nook Projects SRL to perform the activities listed above. Your refusal to provide such data would render Nook Projects SRL incapable to provide to you those respective services, information, to answer your requests or to perform any activity of those listed above.

Who is the recipient of your personal data collected by us

In order to achieve one or more purposes included in the list above, Nook Projects SRL may disclose your personal data to one of the following categories of recipients:

1. contractual partners of Nook Projects SRL (like companies which are partners of Nook Projects SRL, but only based on a confidentiality agreement concluded therewith, providing that such data is kept in safe conditions and that disclosure of such data is made only based legal provisions in force),
2. service providers (marketing services, payment / banking services or other services), including entities assisting Nook Projects SRL in data processing as proxies, insurers, public authority (the National Supervisory Authority, Prosecutor’s Office, Police, courts of law and other relevant state authorities), based on and within the limits of legal provisions and following an express request, to other companies in the same segment with RPD – RESPONSABIL PROTECTIE DATE SRL, as well as to you, as a target individual in the context of exercise of your access rights.

Data recorded by Nook Projects SRL is not sold to third parties and it is used only for the purposes of improvement of activities of this company. 

After reading this Policy, you were made aware that you are granted the legally provided rights, respectively:

• to be informed on the processing of your personal data;
• to access your personal data and to be allowed to access the register of personal data processing, as set forth in art. 24 in Law no. 677/2001;
• to make changes to your personal data;
• to not be automatically subject to an individual decision;
•  to object against processing of your personal data and to request changes of, updates to or deletion of data as per legal conditions, in case of personal data processed for direct marketing purposes this right may be exercised at any time, free of charge and without any supporting reason;

• to file a complaint to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
• to resort to justice if you consider that relevant legislation was breached.

You may refuse at any time and without any reason the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, by sending to Nook Projects SRL (using the e-mail address: contact@signaturefitroom.com) a written, dated and signed request for this purpose. In such case, your request shall be forwarded to competent personnel of Nook Projects SRL; you may receive a message confirming that your option was recorded, as well as any other information needed, as the case may be.

Duration of data processing

In general, duration of data processing shall be determined by the time when you exercise your refusal right, as per conditions set forth in art. 21 in GDPR. Exception: For the data stated in the request form service, duration of data processing is usually of 2 years, or until exercise of refusal right. Also, Nook Projects SRL may store personal data for any longer period, for evidence and registration purposes.

In the same time, storage of your personal data for longer periods may be decided for elaboration of statistical records, improvement of services, client account management, market research / surveys.

When completing processing operations, data recorded may be transferred, in full or in part, to any other legal entity, provided such data shall be used for purposes similar to those described herein.

Nook Projects SRL undertakes no liability for incorrect registration of personal data caused by the data indexing software.

Return Policy

The subscription or the participation fee for the classes held by Signature Fit Room, as well as the fees paid for nutrition plans are not refundable.

Subscription Suspension Rules

Each Member must always check with these Subscription Suspension Rules as they will be amended from time to time by Signature Fit Room and will be posted on www.signaturefitroom.com. These Rules are an integral part of the Signature Fit Room Rules of Procedure.

Usual Suspension

1. The subscription can be suspended only by the beneficiary, through an online request sent to contact@signaturefitroom.com which includes the period of suspension of the subscription.
2. The usual suspension cannot be made retroactively.
3. Vouchers – of any type – or other types of subscriptions cannot be suspended.
4. The annual subscription may be suspended twice for a maximum total period of 30 days.
5. The monthly subscription can be suspended only once for a maximum period of 7 days

Suspension for medical reason

1. Request a suspension for medical reasons, based on a medical certificate containing the recommendation not to perform sports / fitness center activities. The documents will be checked for validity and processed according to the medical recommendation, by sending an email to contact@signaturefitroom.com
2. The subscription will be suspended as long as the medical period is specified in the document.
3. A request for suspension for medical reasons may be processed only if the request for suspension is sent with the medical certificate no later than 10 days after the cause of the medical action which gave rise to the suspension.

Canceling a class

A class can be canceled online at contact@signaturefitroom.com or by phone at 0742 349 246, at least two hours before the start of the class, otherwise the session will be considered completed and your subscription will be deducted.

Time limit for entering the classroom

If all of the above have been followed and the member enters the class before the instructor starts warming up or turning on the music, he or she can attend the class. For safety reasons, if the member enters the classroom after the music and warm-up have begun, the instructor may refuse the member’s participation in the class.

Please arrive on time for classes. In order to enjoy a pleasant training experience, we strongly recommend that you show up at the club at least 15 minutes before the start of the class.

Internal Operating Regulations

1. Members must always comply with the Internal Rules of Procedure, as well as the regulations, policies or procedures, as they will be displayed on the website www.signaturefitroom.com and / or at the Signature Fit Room reception. All such rules, policies, procedures are an integral part of these Signature Fit Room Rules of Procedure.
2. The “Signature Fit Room” ® operating schedule is available at www.signaturefitroom.com. Signature Fit Room reserves the right to change at any time the operating hours and schedule of classes organized within the Studio, the changes will be notified to Members in due time, by sending an email or message and / or on Signature Fit Room website. Members must follow the operating schedule exactly. Members must follow the program of operation of the Studio and book a class, according to the Regulations for booking group fitness classes or private classes.
3. The member has the obligation to always have with him the membership card, for check-in, access to the location of the Studio. If the Member requests access to the location without being in possession of his or her membership card, either due to loss or damage of the card, or other causes, the Member will pay to Signature Fit Room a fee of 20 Lei, in order to replace that card. Members, only in this way it will be possible to access the center. The entrustment by the Member of the membership card to another person, in order to use it in the Signature Fit Room in which the Member has access, entails the termination of the Subscription.
4. The locker room and locker room key may be used by Members only during a single entrance to the Studio. Members are prohibited from storing personal items overnight in the Studio locker rooms. Members can keep all their personal belongings locked in the locker room and will keep the key safe on them. Members are solely responsible for personal belongings, which remain in the custody and custody of the Member throughout their stay in the Signature Fit Room. All locker rooms will be emptied after use. Signature Fit Room reserves the right to empty the locker rooms at the end of each working day, when the locker rooms will open automatically. Personal belongings, or any other items found in locker rooms, will be stored in a sealed plastic bag in a storage space.
5. Members are required to wear appropriate sports equipment throughout the workout (tracksuit, T-shirt, shorts and sports shoes suitable for training rooms). It is forbidden for Members to enter the training halls with street shoes.
6. Signature Fit Room shall not be liable for any injury or damage of any kind suffered by Members within the Signature Fit Room Studio.
7. The Member acknowledges and accepts that, during the term of the Contract / Subscription, Signature Fit Room reserves the right to change the schedule of courses organized in the Signature Fit Room health center as well as to cancel these courses with prior notice sent to the Member in -a reasonable term.
